Inoxo Chemicals Pakistan makes Inoxo Battery Conditioner Ultra, a desulphator that treats sulphation, the cause of more than 80% of premature battery failures in Pakistan. Developed over seven years with the help of experts, it is now trusted by more than 20,000 customers across the country.
The challenge
Inoxo had a product that was new to Pakistan, and most people had never heard of sulphation. Customers couldn't tell whether their battery's problem was one the conditioner could fix, so some bought it for batteries with damaged cells or broken plates, it didn't work, and claims followed. At the same time the team was flooded with calls, and some customers couldn't get through.
The solution
We made education the centre of the marketing. Clear content explains what sulphation is, how to spot it, and when Inoxo will and won't help, with separate products for regular and low-backup batteries. Campaigns send people to the FAQ and to a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow, so the team can check a battery's condition before the sale and no lead is lost when the phone lines are busy.

This was the idea that gave birth to Inoxo Chemicals Pakistan. Ten years ago we learned that in Australia, Europe and other developed countries the average battery lasts 3 to 5 years, while in Pakistan it rarely lasts more than 2. We set out to solve that puzzle.
After a lot of research we found the answer. In those countries batteries are kept with care, and a chemical is used that stops sulphation from forming in the first place, and removes it if it does. That technology was rare in Pakistan.
There was not only a big gap in the market; this one formula could also save people hundreds of thousands of rupees every year. So we started experimenting. With the help of several experts, over seven years, we succeeded in making a chemical that could remove sulphation. We named it Inoxo Battery Conditioner and, after many successful trials, launched it in the market.
In the first few years we faced some claims, because sometimes the chemical didn't work. We refunded those valued customers and asked them for the full details of their batteries. That data proved invaluable for our research and development. After a few more years of hard work we refined Inoxo Battery Conditioner until it worked in more than 90% of cases. This refined version is called Inoxo Battery Conditioner Ultra.
Research continues, and, God willing, we will take Inoxo Battery Conditioner Ultra to 100%.
